Ice-creams and desserts


An inexpensive local favourite. On a warm day, you will have to wait in line for takeaway ice-cream cones. It’s the oldest ice-cream parlour in the city, famous for its home-made ice-creams and desserts with a pinch of sentiment.

Lody Eskimo

This ice-cream kiosk, situated by 11 Listopada Street, near the City Hall, is selling soft serve ice cream for more than 30 years now. No artificial ingredients or flavours, just plain but tasty ice-cream. Try also their fresh and yummy cream rolls.

Lody włoskie – Cygański Las

If you happen to visit Cygański Las, don’t forget to get a soft serve ice-cream from one of the oldest ice-cream kiosks. You will only get a choice of two flavours, but they are prepared in a traditional way and are simply delicious.

This hole-in-the-wall ice-cream parlour in the Old Town sells soft serve ice cream with various topping, sauces and dips.

Karmello Chocolatier

For any serious chocoholic, this locally produced chocolate is a bucket-list must. The choice is vast, from traditional tastes to unique combinations such as cocoa and curry. Karmello also runs a café (in a shopping mall Galeria Sfera I) where they serve their signature hot-chocolate.

Krówki (Little Cows Candies)

The History of Bielsko-Biała’s “little cows candies" dates back to 1949. This popular cream fudge represents one of very much loved Polish specialties. Simple in its form and presentation, but taste is always reliable. You will find it in most of Polish supermarkets and shops.
