Local beer and vodka

Browar Miejski, a local microbrewery produces well-liked beer that you can enjoy on their premises or buy a bottle or two as a gift. There is also a large alcohol factory in the city, which products are known in the whole Poland. Vodka Extra Żytnia is their signature product, but there are more to choose from. Relatively unknown in Poland but popular especially in the USA, Nisskosher Vodka is also produced in Bielsko-Biała.
